I think Southwest is a winner. I was thinking SoCal, but AZ works too.

Sorry for the novel. (Not really sorry.)
In this day and age, minimum wage wasn't a thing any worker received. "Minimum wage" was a phrase in a half-dead language heading a legal notice sign that had once been posted on the wall of the office in a now mostly demolished retail sporting goods store. The girl, at the time just a sweet little thing, had found and claimed two things on that day and carried them with her to this day. The first was her name, because it sounded pretty. The second was her trusty, shiny, polished aluminum bat... because she could swing it really fast, really hard, really easily. Not a single mannequin survived.
A few years earlier, she had been separated from her single mother, who had ventured far north to the Chasm alone. Mini was subsequently forced to fend for herself and find her own way. She had been educated well, and she was strong and swift, but those couple of years she spent in the Wilds near the Meadows changed her. Sharpened her in some ways, smoothed her out in others. Missing human contact though, and occasionally spying folks passing along the big road, she ultimately decided to venture back south toward civilization, and made do scurrying around a jungle of delapitated buildings. Then she grew up.
Now near a decade later, the little savage that had come to life inside her while fending for herself in the Wilds, had now been put away, and she acted like a normal, civilized human being... as long as nobody pissed her off, and woke the barbarian in her. When she wasn't emotionally obliged to thwack kneecaps and decimate heads though, she really was one of the sweetest girls you'd meet. Most people who knew her were fond of her from the moment they met her right up until they had a reason to dislike her. The bad relations she'd make were made with good intentions. She'd swear she didn't look for trouble but trouble always seemed to find her... but that's her word against yours. She was the type who would feel a need to step in and stop a fight that'd broken out; Wasn't her fault that this often made things worse.
She did dedicate at least one afternoon a week to hanging with her drunking buddie Hush, but on most days, she could be found wandering around in the Market, taking the time to examine each new stall that came in with each wave of travelling merchants, briefly getting to know or simply having some charming small talk with the merchants, while continuously trading. One random item for another, to take to another vendor to trade for another item, over and over, just for the fun of it, and for the learning experience. She knew a lot of things about a lot of random stuff, but rarely kept any of it.
She always seemed happy to see ya, sharing an excitement normally found only between best friends who hadn't seen each other for years, no matter how close her relationship was with you, even if you've never met. She liked people, possibly thanks to being apart from them for a great while. Her remarkably soft skin was a light coffee hue, and her messy, short-chopped, vivid red hair was as lively as her spirit; It stuck up like antennae in some places, dangled over her face in others, but looked and felt soft and shimmered all over. One could get more lost looking into her deep green eyes than walking in the wastelands outside. Though she loved a good conversation, she didn't need to say much to hold your attention. Damn girl was made of intrigue.
That favorite, lucky skirt of hers was a gifted gift hand picked from Francis' IZOD collection, and for well over a year and a half had remained amazingly clean, even while the active young lady was getting dirt on her hands or blood on her face. Suppose that's why it's lucky (or maybe that's just Scotchgard). Min generally doesn't care to wear much else besides that skirt, and has felt that way for at least half her life now; At this point, she's gotten so used to going topless that she starts to feel uncomfortable whenever forced to put a shirt on, both for the tightness around her tits, and for just the simple feeling of fabric rubbing against her skin, itch itch itch.
Mini did have a home and a bed of her own, but it seemed like on half the nights of the week, she instead occupied someone else's bed... That's not to say she SHARED those beds, though. Her own bed was comfiest for sure, but she needed variety. The very few individuals whom she truly enjoyed the company of would be invited to bed with her on occassion, but most would discover that having this pretty lass lay in their bed merely meant having a beautiful piece of artwork in the room for the night, and would usually make do alone on the floor. Although Spice is one of the best cuddlebuddies and has shared her bed with Mini a few dozen times, the rest of you have offered your bed (willingly or unwillingly) to this charmingly dominant dame at least once. Jeremy's place is the most interesting to sleep in, though she's worried he doesn't like her staying there. Smith's is the least comfortable, no sleep at all; She just don't trust that one. Everyone Hx+1

If anyone has any notes from their rules for other players turns that they think they ought to share they can start that now while we wait for Jeremy to dole out his numbers. You are not required to share, but if it makes sense to please do. Also putting out the last call for people to do adjustments and such, once Jeremy's Hx goes up I'm going to start off some scenes for y'all.

It's hard to say exactly why, but Smith fascinates Jeremy. This simple fact that everyone finds Smith unrelatable is something that Jeremy can relate to. Even Smith's attempts to ditch or brush him off do little to dispel Jeremy's fascination. Hx+1.
Jeremy's nervous energy tends to put everyone else off. He means well but social interaction is not his strong suit. Everyone else Hx-1.
Mini's frequent sleep-overs at Jeremy's Winnebago arn't exactly unwanted. He doesn't mind the extra eye-candy bringing a touch of warmth to his humble home, but whenever he's alone with her his social awkwardness is heightened.

If you haven't already, Tally Hx and post it on your character sheet. Then head to the thread for highlighting and ask for the person with the highest hx score on your sheet to highlight one of your stats.

Detailing some additional Hx points that I marked off on your turns, giving me some pretty hefty Hx bonuses.
Mini, I watched you sleep. Whispered in your ear dreams of what lie beyond the ash; birthday parties, redbriar finches, baseball bats, your mother. I take Hx+3.
Hush. Sometimes the most frightening thing is a man with nothing to lose. Especially one with a past as gruesome as yours. I take Hx+3
Jeremy. I take Hx+3 for reasons ... unspoken.

Smith, you watched me pretend to sleep, dude. Most uncomfortable night ever. I know you're the least trustworthy of all, so I take +3hx.

Mini, I'm willing to bet you actually drifted off 10 minutes at a time here and there. I think he got some honest to god time with you in an unconscious state.
