"I- I think I could use some help, Hush." Spice manages to spit out through clenched teeth. Her eyes begin to waver in and out of focus. She hesitates, "That was..." she manages a wry smile "particularly impressive. If you hadn't been here I'd have been dogmeat. Thank you." Her lack of a concealing facial expression flits through her head. She quashes it, finding it easier to ignore her social discomfort by concentrating on her throbbing shoulder. It is not particularly difficult.

"Yea, Dogs aint what they used to..." Husher says as he turns around and finally sees the horror that Spice's shoulder has become. The momentary relief that alighted on his face is gone much faster than it arrived.
"Yull be ok" he spits as he rips through pockets, finding ointments and patches, dropping a pair of needlenose pliers and a packet of insta-cauterize. He pours some water from his canteen over the wound, cleaning the dirt and some of the green foam away. "This is gonna hurt now"
Husher squeezes the shoulder wound with both hands, pressing more of the poison out of the wound as Spice screams in pain, thrashing about. Then he smears the ointment on and places a patch on over that.

Husher, you have to roll the heal move if you're attempting to heal. Roll+stock. Your kit has 2 stock—High quality first aid kid. So you can use zero stock, one stock, or both. For more info, check over the angel kit rules, page 86 of the PDF. As with everything else in this game, healing is not guaranteed.
Spice, you're on the verge of unconsciousness from the searing pain, and you wonder what that's going to mean if you can't make it to your meeting with Old Craterface.

Spice is stabalized at 6 on her harm clock. However, She'll be in and out of consciousness for about two full days as her body copes with the poison of the dog slobber.
Spice, your brain has to fight off the dementia of whatever disease the dogs are carrying. Roll +weird.
Husher, decide if you want to help with her roll (roll +Hx)
Spice, you've got enough time to make a decision about what you're going to do about Old Craterface before the pain causes you to pass out.

Spice gives Husher a wan smile - a genuine one. "Thanks Hush." she murmurs, "I don't know how I'll ever repay you." She sighs, "Guess I won't make the parley with Ol' Craterface. Not in this state." She looks up at Husher and gently bites her bottom lip. "You've done so much for me already," she says reaching an unsteady hand to his rough cheek, "would you do me one more kindness? Make sure that limp dicked bastard doesn't think I'm just blowing him off, okay? I don't know what'll happen if things get worse between me and him."

Rolling manipulate on Husher
2d6+3
On a 7-9 he can mark xp if he follows up
I'm marking my 4th xp for rolling hot
Incidently, Husher still gets to infer something about Spice's character from her botched Read Person roll. You could do it now while she's even more off guard than usual, or perhaps you'll learn something as you listen to her while she's immersed in the Maelstrom. Or something else. Up to you.

She arches her eyebrow, "Watch your back, will you big guy?" she says smiling at Husher, her voice sardonic, "I won't always be here to save you." Spice's eyes lose their focus, then begin rolling spasmodically in their sockets. Her eyelids twitch like a poisoned cockroach. She takes a shuddering breath, stiffens like a board, and then goes completely limp, gone completely to this world for a time.

Spice, as you're talking to Husher, you come close to babbling utter nonsense, you have to pause halfway through your request and gather yourself. You ward off the dementia for now, but you're thinking you really ought to avoid those dogs. Between the unusual brain activity and the pain, you don't even keep awake to hear Husher's response.
Husher, the sun reads high noon. What's next?
Actually, botched rolls are where I get to make a move, not any PCs and I already made it, so nyah nyah. Also, I thought "blowing off" that "limp dicked bastard" was the whole point.

"Well, get me a refund on these werld fersaken flowers an we'll call it a good start" says Husher, putting his small array of tools back into their homes in his jacket. "Sure Ill pass the message along to Crater. Sides, cant not know what kinda business you two have now."
Husher stand up and looks around for a few seconds, realizing something. "I have no idea what to do with you in the meantime. Fuuuck...lemme think. Who does she trust?" ,
Husher begins to meditate on what hes he knows about Spice opening his mind to the mealstrom in an attempt to pull anything useful into his mind

There are no rules for that. As I stated, a blown roll means the MC gets to make a move, and I already did.

When Spice's eyes start to flutter you go to whisper encouraging words in her ear, but it doesn't seem to help, not with whatever mental struggle she's having. However, Spice, you recognize a certain weakness in Husher in his tender moment, so you take +1 forward on your next roll against him.
Husher, you tap into the Maelstrom and are haunted by happier memories, and the things that made them disintegrate. The maelstrom is pulling all kinds of stuff from your brain. It wants to know:
Where was your first home, back in the Golden Age? What was your mother like? How did she die? How old were you?
